The balcony for my room was short. This made reclining the chairs while facing the pool impossible.

the hotel is huge, so it's a decent walk to get from one end to the other. the water temperature in all three pools was very warm.

the mini-mart prices are noticeably higher than the shops outside the resort, so stock up before you arrive for better deals.

i noticed the breakfast buffet sometimes got too busy (especially during peak hours).
