The room was clean on arrival. i really liked the available life jackets. the location allowed short walks to many restaurants and stores. This was very convenient. the onsite shop was handy.

The balcony for my room was short. This made reclining the chairs while facing the pool impossible.

The family room was a good size. It had a main bed plus doors to divide the children's rooms. air conditioning worked well. the kids club staff were great with the kids.

the hotel is huge, so it's a decent walk to get from one end to the other. the water temperature in all three pools was very warm.

the check-in was super quick, and the app gives all hotel details! we LOVED the buffet breakfasts with fresh options. waterslides were amazing! we had a family room with pool access, two tvs, and a separate sleeping area for the kids. the staff were friendly and made everything relaxed!

the mini-mart prices are noticeably higher than the shops outside the resort, so stock up before you arrive for better deals.

multiple pools pool access free activities

the resort offers multiple pools catering to different preferences. i especially enjoyed the pool access from my room (it was very convenient). the free activities for both children and adults were a pleasant surprise. i found plenty of clean towels readily available throughout the stay (a really big plus).

i noticed the breakfast buffet sometimes got too busy (especially during peak hours).
